The Chalet, is a two bedroom residence that sleeps up to four guests comfortably, accommodating equally well for the romantic couple or a fun weekend getaway with friends.

Completely self-contained, The Chalet, gives guests the freedom to cater for themselves or have one of the Chalet’s “delicious gourmet treats” awaiting them on arrival!

The Chalet contains all the comforts of home, so you can really “kick back and unwind” on your holiday. You are also just minutes away from popular vineyards, restaurants, cafes and beaches

THE CHALET FACILITIES

The Chalet’s facilities include a;

Fully self contained kitchenette-comprising a

· gas hob and microwave
· all cooking utensils, cutlery, glasses and dinnerware.
· Fridge/Freezer- provide plenty of space for stocking up supplies.
· Toaster and Kettle
· Double dish drawer - “no dishwasher’s hands” (this is simply not allowed).
· little extra’s - salt and pepper, cooking oil, even a fondue set with a few recipe books to get you inspired.

Lounge

· Contains the most comfortable macrosuede oversized couch, aptly called “The big Chill”
· Fluffy cushions to snuggle on the flokati rug
· Broadband, TV, Video and DVD and stereo with a range of interesting DVD's available for the guest entertainment
· The Chalet has reverse cycle air conditioning, ensuring cool days in summer and cozy nights in winter
· Outdoor Entertainment
· Outdoor gas BBQ and utensils
· Two comfy sun lounges with amazing sea views

The Suites

· Both bedrooms enjoy a vista of panoramic sea views, rolling green farmland, native bush and amazing sunrises.
· The suites are made up with fine cotton bed linen.
· Soft towels and bathrobes are provided and the all important hairdryer, to ensure you are looking glamorous when you do finally venture out!
· The Chalet’s fluffy pillows are hand ironed and sprayed with organic, lavender, scented linen water
· Electric blankets will warm your bed, on cool nights, awaiting your arrival.

Master Bedroom

Is situated on the living area level.
Contains a king sized bed that can be modified into two king singles beds, on guest's request.

Mezzanine Bedroom

Is situated up one flight of stairs
The Mezzanine bedroom has a sloping Skylight Attic roof and contains a comfortable queen sized bed

The Bathroom

Contains a range of New Zealand-made Aromatherapy products to pamper our guests.

A secluded, private beach called Woodside Bay borders the Atea property and is a 5 minute stroll through the property, from the Chalet.
